The kayak adventure is another must..we load 2 person kayaks onto longtail boats and go explore the sheltered Phang Nga bay. The longtails are our "Sherpas", ferrying us around the islands. We stop at 3-4 locations to kayak and explore sea caves, lagoons, deserted island beaches for snorkeling and amazing grottos filled with stalegtites and stalegmites..
Tony, the thai owner of the Nature Lodge, has been a professional bird watching guide for 10 years and is available to lead nature explorations around the island. You can also rent bicycles and explore the island at a more sedate pace. Rock climbing has come to Koh Yao. Many new routes have been established from beginner to advanced climber level. There are several dive operators on the island, and then there is just mellowing out and allowing the island magic to envelop you.

The adventure activities are costed at local rates..ie, scooter rentals, kayaks etc and are not included in the retreat cost
